Celebration Banquet: Monty Lewis

The Monty Lewis story is a dynamic testimony of the miraculous power of Jesus Christ! While lying naked, broken and hopeless in a solitary confinement cell in London, Ontario, Monty prayed a prayer of desperation. To his absolute amazement, God answered that prayer and touched him with His supernatural power! After spending years in and out of jails, detention centers, prisons and mental institutions, his life of crime and drug abuse was totally transformed. And as you hear his message of victory and hope, God will powerfully touch you as well!

Today as a free man, Monty serves as the Chaplain Advisor/Coordinator for the Department of Public Safety for the Province of NB. He is the Director Founder of Bridges of Canada Inc, a non-profit organization that works with those involved in the criminal justice system, as well as the founder of Bar None Christian Camp for inmate families, ex-offenders and children from less fortunate families.

On January 16, 2003 at the Old Government House in Fredericton, NB, Rev. Monty Lewis received the Queen's Golden Jubilee Medal in honor of his participation in Public Safety in having turned his life around for the better.

His life story has been published in a book entitled "The Caper" and has been distributed internationally. He has authored the training manual, "Can the Chaplain Do It Alone? ".

We are pleased to announce that Monty Lewis and His wife will be at our Celebration Banquet on September 18, 2009.
Monty will share his powerful story with us and encourage us for the work ahead.
Please plan on joining us Friday, September 18th, 2009 here in Dallas.
